Two classes. One time slot. Live music, high energy, community finish.

We start together with a shared warm-up, then split into coach-led classes designed for different training styles — lift heavy in Strength or push your engine in Hyrox.
A live DJ runs from 10–12AM to keep the energy high throughout the session. After training, stay on for food, snacks and drinks from 11–12PM.
At THRESHOLD, we're a community of athletes dedicated to pushing the limits, inspiring all to surpass their boundaries.
